Other Peoples Kids...............

I used to LOVE kids.....all kids...my kids, my friends' kids and every ones kids. NOT anymore. I have decided that people are seriously slacking on their parenting duties. I took the baby to the park the other day to play in the water. It's a really cool park with all these tubes that spray water everywhere, she loves it. She was doing great running everywhere and in 'n' out of the water and was having a great time. Unfortunately, there are a bunch of older kids there having a great time too, running all over the place crazy. All was good until a boy about 13 came walking up behind Kenny, he was kicking his legs and splashing all over the place. This isn't what bothered me, what got me was he came right up behind Kenny, looked right at her and kept on kicking and splashing. He almost kicked her in the butt, which would have knocked her over and then I would have had to kick his butt and knock him down - over and over again. I couldn't believe that he didn't even care he was going to kick her. I grabbed her out of the way and told him to look where he was going for heaven sakes and to look out for the babies that were running all over the place. He looked at me like I was crazy.

So, now I have decided that parents out there just need to spend more time being parents and take care of their kids. Kids these days just don't have the respect or awareness for things around them......I can't stand other peoples kids now!!!! (don't worry, I do still love my kids - all 3 - and my bff's kids - all 4 boys - and anyone else who has well behaved kids)

Kids These Days..................

These are pictures of Kenny's toys in the living room. The little kitchen I found on Craigslist, the table used to be at my Grandma's house from when my sister and I were kids and I found it out in my moms shed, and the other stuff is just normal toys every little girl should have.

This is a picture of what little Kenny likes to play with.................out of all the toys she has she picks the extra keyboard and mouse from the old computer.

Now, I'm not sure if anyone else would agree with me or not but, I think there is something wrong with these pictures. I know that she is growing up in a world full of technological toys but, this is pushing it....she should be playing with dolls and her kitchen. We just got the two teenagers cell phones in January and I am seriously thinking I will be buying her her first phone by the time she is 5.

It's Moo's Real Life Fest............

So, noone ever said I was very timely . Things are crazy here in this place and I haven't had time to do this yet. I am picking 11:03 pm to sit down and do this, better late than never, right?!

The baby is in bed, the son is watching t.v., the husband is in the shower and the older daughter is in her room texting. I think everyone is accounted for and there should be no interuptions. LOL!!.......like that's going to happen.

Today's objective was to do pictures of "Where The Magic Happens". I'm not sure what magic happens here cause as you can tell I NEED magic here to help clean up.......

Yes, we really have a dear head in our room. My husband, the hunter, thinks it is necessary to display dead things where he can enjoy them. This mount is hanging on the wall on his side of the bed. Not that it helps being on his side cause it is still creepy to see in the middle of the night and as my husband is tall, he hits his head on it once in a while. The only cool thing is that daddy and his little girl bond using this head. Remember, she loves animals.

This is our dresser..............it is supposed to hold/hide clothes when they are clean. All of these clothes are clean, it's just our lazy maid (me) hasn't been around for over a week and things are really starting to fall apart. I swear if that girl doesn't come soon, my husband might have to find his own clothes......lol!

This is our other dresser/t.v. stand.......I have a really bad habit of needing to watch t.v. to fall asleep at night, drives my husband crazy. Yes, that is a mounted fish down below the t.v.........I told you my husband has this thing. Actually, this is the very first fish his Grandma ever caught. Her husband was really proud of her and had it mounted as a joke. It was given to my husband when she passed away and it he didn't want it to get ruined in storage, so here is sits.

This is my husbands gun cabinet. And yes, yet another dead thing mounted sits on top.....ya know I would have to say I really do love my husband. Not many women could sleep in a bed surrounded by dead animals. The bird up top is a pheasant and it is really pretty up close. It's not even all the creepy (or at least not as creepy as the head on the wall).

I saved the best for last....................I told you the little one was asleep. And she's in her bed. The baby sleeps in our room with us and most of the time in BED with us. I just stopped nursing about 5 weeks ago and I can't tell who is having more issues...me or her. I keep telling my husband, one thing at a time. Just a little secret though, I don't mind her being in bed with us, they grow so fast and before ya know it they are teenagers who don't even want to walk next to you in the store.......so sleep on little one, mommy will always keep a spot warm for you next to her.

Well, there you have it. Yes it is a mess and yes it is full of dead creepy animals but, it actually works for us. One of these days I'll get that maid back here and have her tidy up a bit.......until next time.
